Meeting with the Embassy of Luxembourg in San José

Costa Rica and Luxembourg are in the most important moment of their diplomatic relations, where different events are taking place that unite our two countries in parallel. One of them is the embassy of Luxembourg in Costa Rica, which will soon be inaugurated, as part of this process we had the pleasure to meet and hold a meeting with the Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of Luxembourg in Costa Rica, Mr. Charles Smith, who received us with great hospitality.

During the meeting we not only shared our cultural, economic and social objectives as an association of friendship and cooperation of Costa Ricans in Luxembourg, but we also had the opportunity to learn about the work that the Embassy of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg has been doing in Costa Rica and the future objectives, such as the opening of its embassy.

In addition, we took the opportunity to deliver the book “Lëtz reGenerate” by the author with Costa Rican roots and currently based in Luxembourg, which explores the history of the forests of Luxembourg. We are excited to be part of this exchange process that is reaffirmed with this meeting in which we explore areas of cooperation, such as investment and knowledge exchange between Costa Rica and Luxembourg. This leads to future collaborations between our countries.
